Refund/Cancellation Policy

 At MilkBox Designs, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience and top-quality products. We understand that sometimes, situations may arise where you need to cancel an order or request a refund. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below:

 

Order Cancellation:

 

1. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

2. We will make every effort to accommodate your cancellation request. However, if the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.

3. To request an order cancellation, please reach out to us via milkboxproductions@gmail.com and provide your order details.

 

Refund Policy:

 

1. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a return and replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

 

2. Change of Mind: If you change your mind about a purchase and wish to return it, you can do so within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please note that the following conditions apply:

   - The item must be in its original packaging and in unused condition.

   - You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

   - A restocking fee of 15% may be applied.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items: Some items are non-returnable, including but not limited to personalized or customized products, digital goods, and perishable items.

 

Return Process:

 

1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via milkboxproductions@gmail.com. Provide your order details and reason for the return.

2. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item. Make sure to package the item securely to prevent damage during transit.

3. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or replacement within 14 days.

 

Exchanges:

 

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

 

Refund Method:

 

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
